Our goal is to package and ship your order as quickly as possible. In the event of a significant delay, we will reach out to let you know.
To keep our pricing and cost to our customers down, our orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, and will typically be delivered within 2-5 business days of shipping. We cannot guarantee a specific time frame for delivery, but getting you your order in good time is a priority.

What payment methods can I use?
We offer a variety of payment options including credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, MetaPay, and shopPay.
Can I purchase items with another currency?
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States and accepting USD.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service team know.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
To set up a subscription, click on an individual product's image to go to the product page. Select Subscribe & save, choose your desired frequency, and update the quantity if you'd like more than 1 of that item in your subscription.
You may add multiple items to your subscription or have multiple subscriptions at different frequencies.
Orders can contain both subscription and one-time purchases.
*Please note that only individual items, not bundled items, can be added to subscriptions due to the discounted pricing on both. Subscription pricing will almost always give you the largest discount.
